How would you describe yourself in three words today?

Adventurous, curious and goal oriented.

What do you remember most about yourself as a Dority student in the Class of ’97?

Being in school before 7:15am every day and the small chit chats with classmates before assembly.

What is your fondest memory from your time at Dority?

Our excursion/road trip to Abeokuta, Ogun State for 1995 JETS Competition.

Was there a teacher, moment, or lesson at Dority that shaped who you became?

Yes, Mr. Moses Ineh. Helping him to compile students’ lists and also being part of the student invigilators during entrance examination into DISS shaped who I am today. That exposure taught me about patience, observation and attention to detail.

When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing most?

I enjoy spending time with my best friend, and watching animal, food, and travel documentaries.

What personal value do you hold most strongly, and why?

Independence; because I appreciate being in control of my own narrative and doing things on my own terms.

Looking back, what lesson would you love to pass on to your younger self?

Go all out, and do not be afraid to fail.

What does “success” mean to you at this stage of your life?

Success means finding balance and growth in both personal and professional life. It’s about being true to myself, making intentional choices, building meaningful connections and doing work that gives me joy.

How do you stay grounded and balanced amid life’s many demands?

Prioritizing myself by making choices that align with my needs, goals and general wellbeing. I engage in physical activities like walking, listening and dancing to music, connecting with nature, fine dining, and exploring new places.

What advice would you give to current Dority students who are still finding their way?

Focus on your personal growth and happiness and avoid comparison.
